Denver Eats

ViewHouse | Denver, Colorado

@theviewhouse

Right in the heart of Denver, this three story bar is easy to get to & packs lots of fun things through each floor. The bottom level features corn hole, volleyball, glow-in-the-dark swings, & much more. The middle is an open space bar with a few tables, & the top has a view/bar that exhibits all of downtown Denver. The food menu is extensive, & certainly has something for everyone. The drink list is packed with local brews & a few of their signature drinks.

ACME Delicatessen + PIGTRAIN coffee | Denver, colorado

@ pigtraindenver

Both places are located next to each other in Denver’s iconic Union Station. These grab-and-go stops are a must if your in LoDo (lower downtown Denver). I could eat this LOX bagel from Acme everyday, accompanied by Pigtrain’s coffee makes the perfect breakfast. Pigtrain also has the cutest cream & sugar bar for you to personally customize your cup! Next stop, food coma.

Biju’s Little Curry shop | Denver, Colorado

@littlecurryshop

First time having Indian food turned out to be a huge success thanks to Biju’s. This is the chipotle of Indian food. They have a build your own plate that they craft for you based on how hot you like it. Bring a water jug because they can certainly serve up the heat. Located in the RiNo (River North) district, this place is a must for lunch to fill up and see the sites. I can’t thank them enough for having us, it might have been my favorite spot we ate at in Denver. Biju’s sets the bar high.

WORK & CLASS | DENVER, COLORADO

@workandclassdenver

Work & Class redefines everything you know about tapas restaurants. Tapas are small plates that come out of the kitchen at various times, intended to be shared with your whole table. Work & Class is a quirky, fast paced, intimate environment, that won’t disappoint. The food isn’t over elaborate, but its flavorful and well crafted. Levi and I got 6 different tapas and enjoyed every last bite. They also stock local craft beer on draft and in cans. Check out the bathrooms, their '‘rules’ are cute and eccentric. Closed Mondays!

Denver biscuit co | Denver, colorado

@denverbiscuitco

Biscuits the size of your head, and better than your grandma can make is all I have to say about this extraordinary breakfast spot. I’m not kidding when I say the typical wait time during prime time is nearly two hours. When you get your food, you’ll understand why. The biscuit itself melts in your mouth, plus the geniuses in the kitchen are giving you all sorts of inspiration to choose a sandwich you’ll enjoy. Don’t pass up the giant biscuit cinnamon rolls, they’re to die for.

#9 | Snooze an am eatery | Denver, Colorado

@snoozeameatery

Wow, can you say best hash browns ever? Snooze was so good Levi and I ate there twice in four days. First time around I had the Snooze Classic which made me addicted to their spicy hash browns, and the second trip I had the Snooze Spuds Deluxe. Because… more hash browns?? In Denver their are a few Snooze locations but the one in Denver’s Union Station is my favorite. They had the best atmosphere, great view, and things to do around the restaurant if you have to wait a little for a table. Get there early, the wait can get up to three hours!!
